Report on the 2010 Review of the Child and Family Services Act

The Child and Family Services Act is a key piece of legislation that governs many of the province’s programs and services for children and youth.

This legislation requires a review of the Act every five years, which helps to reflect feedback on the evolving needs of children and youth, families, communities and service partners across Ontario. The 2010 review was completed on March 31, 2010.
